In The South Cariboo we have a BUYERS market. Approx. 870 listings (including lots, acreages, Recreational properties, waterfront and homes) a prospective Buyer can choose and pick the best. The prices are quite low and motivated sellers are ready to sell to an attractive price. Compared to last year, we have an approx. decrease of 7% in sales. For the fall we expect a little more movement in sales. Waterfront properties started to sell again, we are very confident, that the market is picking up in the next months.
